Getting an ID during Covid closure!
(NOTE: To get an ID card you must be registered in classes for the current or coming quarter or be a BBCC employee.)
We will check your ID, look up your schedule (find it here), and take your picture or have you email one to us. Then you can make an appointment to pick up your card or we can mail it to you.
The cards are good for two more years. We put stickers on the back for each quarter. (Not needed due to Covid closure of the college.)
Your first ID card is free. The replacement charge for lost cards is $3.
ID cards can be created any time the library is open. All users requesting ID cards must provide a picture ID for security purposes.
Staff - Supervisors must contact the library to make arrangements for their staff to get ID cards. Annual stickers are provided to update staff cards.
Students - Need to provide a copy of their current class schedule. Student ID cards are updated with quarterly stickers by presenting the student's new schedule.
- BBCC Student ID cards are needed when accessing the gym, STEM Center, Writing Center, ASB events, etc. and is used to check out materials at the library.
Gym Passes - Public users who register for PEH090 and pay the fee at the Business Office will be issued a quarterly gym pass that is renewed by presenting a new receipt each quarter. Student ID cards provide access to the campus gym.
