Hypothesis:

The catalase and hydrogen peroxide reaction will produce the most gas when in solution with the phosphate buffer because it most closely resembles the neutral environment of its typical role catalyzing toxins found in the liver, and will produce significantly less gas the further the pH is from being neutral.
