If the textbook/course materials section states you have "Digital Access" to your textbooks. That means you have a online textbook and/or courseware or materials and is automatically added to your tuition/fees for the quarter. Digital access provides you online access to your course materials beginning the first day of classes and is accessible through Canvas.
You may OPT out of digital access if there is a print book in the library for checkout, or you find it cheaper elsewhere. This is personal preference and could save you money or cost more money. Beware for anything that states online "courseware". If your class uses courseware do not OPT out.
