Course Materials: Faculty

Need help finding course materials? You're in the right place!

What do these changes mean for faculty?

Faculty, we understand how uncertain you are with these changes. You will continue to make adoptions the same way and it will get entered into the online class schedule as soon as possible. If you have notes or special instructions, that can also be entered (there is a minimum character limited, but we can also direct students to our webpage if needed for more information).

If your online textbook comes with required courseware (online tests, homework, etc.) please note that as well so we don't point students to purchasing a physical book they don't need because the courseware and textbook combo are both required.

If you select Day One Access (and don't require any courseware) the ISBN and other textbook information will be entered into the class schedule with a note that students can OPT out and purchase a physical book (if they want one) by using the ISBN at Amazon or other retailers. We are empowering our students by giving them choices.

Students can keep digital access to their text (which FA covers) or purchase/rent the textbook elsewhere (not covered) but the choice is theirs. We encounter MANY students who don't want online textbooks and would gladly pay more for a real book. We can get the textbook information posted sooner and students can begin ordering now if they want to (assuming you've made your selections).
